Swimming Pool Danger

Drop Down Attic Stairs


Here is a common defect that I find. Attic drop down stairs require fasteners in holes provided at the corner brackets and the hinge pivot plates. These fasteners must be 16d nails or 1/4x3 lag screws. Drywall or wood screws are not permitted.
