Here's an interesting electrical panel I found while inspecting old house. It had a glass door, marble back, and fuses for both the hot and the neutral.

Electrical panels are required to have a 30" wide by 36" deep clear working space. This panel cannot be opened for inspection without dismantling shelving.
This is an S trap. S traps are prohibited because water can siphon out of the trap and allow sewer gasses to enter the house.

This B Type flue pipe from the gas water heater requires a 1" minimum clearance from combustibles. This one is in contact with the plywood ceiling creating a fire hazard.
These expansion tanks are required where there is a pressure reducing valve installed in the water supply and the utility supply pressure exceeds 80 psi.
